Help with connecting, disconnecting, or a connection that stopped working.

Stop the service seeing my calendar

Two ways, either is enough. Revoke access in your calendar provider’s security settings — Google and Microsoft both list connected apps — or disconnect from the app that sent you here.

Access ends immediately and the stored token is deleted. Events already created stay on your calendar; delete any you do not want.

I connected the wrong account

Connect again with the right one. Each calendar is tracked by its own address, so the new connection sits alongside rather than replacing it — then disconnect the one you did not mean.

The connect link did not work

Connect links are single use and expire after fifteen minutes, so a link that sat in a tab or was opened twice will refuse. Go back to the app that sent you and press connect again — a fresh link is generated each time.

It says I need to reconnect

Providers invalidate access when a password changes, an administrator revokes an app, or a token goes unused for long enough. Nothing is wrong with your calendar. Press connect again in the app that sent you.

I want to stop being booked

That is the app you connected through, not us — ScheduleConnector only carries the calendar connection and holds no scheduling rules of its own. Ask them, and disconnect your calendar if you want to be certain.

Anything else

Email hello@raisereadysystems.com. Include the calendar address you connected and which app sent you, and say what happened — that is usually enough to find it.
